Baby Formula – Better Than Commercial

Mother’s Milk is best. But what if… that is not an option?

Lactation specialists are required to tell mothers that making formula is not safe. WHAT? So commerical formula is safe??!?! Have you read the ingredients? Would you serve your child corn syrup? As have their diet? I hope not.

Christina Nichols was a guest to share with us her experiences and how she found a great formula from the Weston Price Foundation.

We aired this originally back in 2022 when we had a baby formula crisis. Hmm. We are getting wiser to crises now, aren’t we?

Are you finding eggs in the store? Do not worry. Even though the egg shortage was again in the news last week, that is more about milking. I understand from a very quick news headline that Phyllis Fong was fired at the USDA about a month ago. She was the source of the hype about bird flu and the killing of so many chickens and cattle. Since then, we have had Robert F. Kennedy Jr talk publicly about how letting avian flu just go thru the chickens so that we have resistant chickens. And any way, if one test came out positive, somehow that mean the whole big bird house had to die, cruelly. Anyway, we know how reliable the PCR tests are. Well, we should be past all of that now. I saw chickees at Tractor Supply. It should be just a few weeks and we should have eggs. Maybe a few months until they are plentiful and cheap. Already, however, the price is down.

All of this is prevention of learning disabilities.

He USED TO have Asperger’s?

Dave Asprey says he “used to have Asperger’s.”  Check out his podcast this week https://daveasprey.com/dr-nayan-patel-1135/
on glutathione. Remember, that book my doctor recommended back in 2006 that at that point knew that something was up with glutathione re-uptake and digestion problems with gluten and caisein? They didn’t know what caused Autism, but of all the therapies tried, at that time, the one that worked the most often was…. cheltation therapy (according to aggregated data on the back cover.) So, toxicity must be the problem.  https://www.amazon.com/Autism-Everything-Effective-Biomedical-Treatments/dp/0974036099/ref=sr_1_1?crid=10U1LX8DMO17U&keywords=bio-medical+treatments+for+autism&qid=1708232072&sprefix=bio-medical+treatments+for+autism%2Caps%2C146&sr=8-1  (yay! Now available without cloak, dagger, or secret code!)

Well, science has marched on, and we know a little more about cell function. Dave Asprey, as is fairly usual for him, is talking with a cutting edge researcher,  however, has already taken a deep dive (in more ways that one LOL) and tried out experiments of his own. Listen carefully and you will hear him say that he “used to have Asperger’s) which often is considered “on the spectrum” or a part of autism.

Most people want you to believe that autism is incurable and “just happens.” Probably not so. And good.

My gosh! Dave Asprey has addressed this directly! A real find! https://daveasprey.com/a-little-

known-yet-powerful-cause-and-treatment-for-childhood-autism/

A brilliant man, no doubt, even if one disagrees with much of what he says, Dave Asprey has offered us a great deal in publishing so many interviews with cutting edge scientists. Absolutely, I think most parents and even most educators will want to check out what he has to say. And for this, he said it clearly : “Liposomal glutathione is the form we used during both our pregnancies, and we still take it regularly as it helps with inflammation and aids in detoxification of your body.” Imagine! take a supplement and boom!  Better than suffering for a lifetime, eh?

Could Autism be caused by…. or helped by….. food?

Well, it might be too much too much to say that Autism is caused by …. this particular substance. It is, however, necessary to say that Autism MUST be created by something or some things in the environment.  Back in the 1950s there were 2 or 3 per 10,000. Today, there is maybe 1 in 55 boys, 1 in 98 girls. So, obviously not genetic as was previously claimed.

Oh no! I just got an update on those stats. Del Bigtree reports now 1 in 30 children and as many as 1 in 18 boys!  See minute 2:00.38 https://rumble.com/v4aqvo9-episode-357-borderline.html

There is some peer reviewed science on this. The AMA, last I checked, said they knew nothing. Well, that was 2006 or so. I hope they are doing better now. Although, we are now fairly skeptical of what we are told by medicals, now. Yet, we are hoping for progress, yes?

Clearly, we do know that autism correlates with toxicity. But really, we knew that fairly early on, say in 2007 if we saw journals like Applied Nutrition

Anyway, as  mothers, let’s do consider whether we want to expose our children to some of these common food additives: glutamate and other excito-toxins.  Further, we will all want to know some of the things that others like ABA therapists, have discovered.

Dr. & Mrs. Colbert on Starting Your Child’s Day with a Good Breakfast

CHERISHED MEMORIES

We re-run a cherished episode from when we were in the radio studio back in 2009.  Mrs. Mary Colbert had agreed to come on, but when Dr. Colbert came on, I was so surprised I nearly dropped my coffee. He is such a star in the circle in which I was running at that time. Of course, he continues to be the rockstar doctor in the Word of Faith circles. Just look how young he looks! Amazing! And so funny with brightly colored socks.

Anyway, you will be warmed and cheered this winter morning, thinking about good breakfasts for your child. About right now we could use some encouragement, right? We are right between Christmas cookies and Valentine candies! Yikes! Make those a once in a while treat, and in the meantime, serve up some brain boosting protein  and energizing fruits and vegetables.

FOOD  MYTHS

There are so very many detrimental myths about foods, almost all of which are pushed by conventional authorities, for thier own benefit, or gosh… it has to be admitted, for the plain detriment of the population. Brains grow on good food.

Being sure that poor children had breakfast so they could do well in school was a concern from the lat 1880 until about…. maybe 1980. Back in 1880, charities that couldn’t afford meat and eggs for the children at least gave them meat soup. But now, after 1980, I see schools serving up commercial concoctions of transfat and sugar and dyes. Just about the worst. And this is charity? No, it is either thoughtless or intended to be harm.

Now that you know better, you will do better.

Since the 1990s, here in Texas, we had mothers advocating politically, successfully, for taking vending machines out of schools, in hopes of having better nutrition. But then, school lunches often changed from agriculture department surplus cooked in the school to commercial vendors. So, once again, after all the effort politically, the will of the people was subverted, and the children suffer.

Now that you know better, you will do better.

BREAKFAST TO PRODUCTIVITY

Poptarts were just about my favorite when I was a child. That was well before they all had “icing” on top. My dad said, “No,  you can put jam on your own toast.” Actually, today, I have much better than the bread my parents could obtain. I do make myself cherry tarts once in a while, but normally I have boiled pasture raised eggs, and a variety of other things like pomegranet juice, grapefruit half, home-made pumpkin pudding, bone broth, and always the highest quality tea with collagen and often raw cream. Wow! living high on the hog as we say in the country, but want to live long.

And my grandsons get country eggs, bacon, and “farm milk” because they live on a farm  — and wouldn’t have it any other way. Did I tell you that my grandsons are good competitors in chess tournaments, wrestling tournaments, and now starting in robotics competitions? And you bet, they do their chores everyday.
