Rebirth for a Nation, a ministry, and many children

What is Jesus using his faith for? People! God wants more people to love, to help, to succor (that means help).

We need to valiantly, actively seek the Kingdom. Seek first the Kingdom — God’s way of doing things. Notice that Jesus prayed this first, even before “give us food.”

LEt’s get out of the distractions of red v. blue and lean toward Kingdom.

Kingdom is giving, forgiving, and loving.

May this be our nation, our culture, our lives.

If we do so, then we will work together, partner under God’s officers. And many, many children will be helped. We believe for healing of millions of children, much success for all those who would recieve, and a turn-around for a generation.

Apologies for late posting

The podcasts are up today. I apologize that they are a few hours late. Besides the usual crush of Monday happenings, I went to a funeral today. You might hear about my thoughts on that. I am hungry to preach The Word again.

What do you think on that score? Like the Word better than the practical bits? The stats say you do.

Off to Class

Well, I am off to class once again this morning. This early class stares at me and I sometimes think they need more coffee. Ha! Maybe they are just getting out of answering questions.
Anyway, it feels good to know that God goes with me. Holy Spirit is not somehow unable to get into a college classroom. Okay, so Bible, theology and doctrine is NOT what we are studying, but I feel loved and accompanied.

Religion might have taught that we are “on our own” if we “go out into the world.” It is true of course, if we turn toward the world in our heart, that we are stepping away from God. But when I go out in vocation, very much does God/Jesus/the anointing go with me.

Kingdom thinking then, is “Thy will be done”… here and now. First “IN earth” — in my heart. Then “on earth” God’s economy of sowing love and truth manifesting all around in human society.
