I am always on the lookout for low budget ideas. I guess because I have so often taught children’s classes with no budget to buy anything. So I appreciate ideas that are high value and low bucks. However, now that I have dealt with church budgets, I think it is time to put a question mark on that. In what part of the church is the investment more likely to pay off than in the children’s department? There you are changing lives, perceptions, and most easily bringing in guests. Let’s stop having low budget ideas – meaning a mindset that the children’s department has to expect to do without. It is all wonderful that the ladies are frugal and the youngster leaders have fortitude. Let’s allow the older men lead in terms of provision, and the lady professionals and even the children themselves. Let’s have abundant ideas.
Any ideas about how to switch? thanks!
