American girls are having their periods much to early! Actually, healthy is about 16 or 17. Boomers were all 13 and we thought that was good. But now, when children are getting periods at even 8 or 9! This is because of estrogen dominance, likely form xeno-estrogens.
American older women have problems with menopause. Most of the allopathic treatments are dangerous.
Depression, weight gain, irritability, difficulty with sex, with fertility, and many other problems are due to imbalances of hormones. Most of these are estrogen dominance. However, there are other problems, including for males.
