We lay out a plan for how to manage out lives when we face ongoing sadness, discouragement and are tempted to depression. We talk about the common myths and the real truth. Whether or not we have a diagnosis or need drugs, we had best manage our lives. This is even more true for our children who are facing the difficulties of learning disabilities.
